Franklin R. Johnson, Jr., M.D.
Dr. Franklin Johnson, Jr. is a Baton Rouge native who graduated from Woodlawn High School and LSU. He completed medical school at LSU-New Orleans and is a member of AOA honor medical society.
A specialist in general and surgical general dermatology, Dr. Johnson has practiced in Baton Rouge since 1998. He co-foundered Louisiana Dermatology Associates with the goal of helping people look and feel their best. His extensive educational background includes a prestigious internship in internal medicine at the Earl K. Long Medical Center, as well as his dermatology residency at the LSU School of Medicine at Charity Hospital in New Orleans.
Dr. Johnson is certified through the American Board of Dermatology and is a dedicated member of national and state medical communities.

When he isn’t actively involved in one of his many professional circles, Dr. Johnson participates in foreign missions as an active member of his church. He also enjoys hunting, fishing and spending time with his wife Rhonda and their three children.
